Precious Homes in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Nursing Leader to oversee the Nursing Department, drive quality care, and coach staff. The role combines strategic management with hands-on clinical expertise and ongoing professional development for the nursing team.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, ensure compliance with MOH, SNB and ICA standards, and participate in established projects and training initiatives to sustain high standards of resident care and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing or equivalent professional qualifications.
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience with management exposure.
• Registered with Singapore Nursing Board and valid Practising Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Nursing Department to maintain high quality care and service standards.
• Oversee all nursing operations and ensure professional, cost-effective care delivery.
• Promote training and professional development of the nursing team.
• Ensure compliance with MOH, SNB, and ICA standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize operations.
• Act as clinical advisor and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
