You will oversee daily nursing home operations, manage resources, supervise staff and multidisciplinary teams, and ensure compliance with MOH, Singapore Nursing Board and ICA standards.
Strong leadership and project management are essential.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in nursing and registration with SNB.
- 8–10 years of nursing experience with 4–5 years in staff management.
- Strong leadership, communication and project management skills.
Responsabilités
- Oversee daily nursing home operations and resource utilisation.
- Lead, supervise and evaluate nursing staff and care teams.
- Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centred care.
- Ensure MOH, SNB and ICA standards compliance.
- Oversee infection control, medication management and safety audits.
- Identify training needs and mentor nursing staff.
- Address incidents, feedback, complaints promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with other departments and families for care planning.
- Drive continuous improvement and strategic departmental planning.
- Lead nursing department projects and stay updated on best practices.
- Support professional development and integration of new practices.
