Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing is required.
• At least 5 years in nursing with management experience.
• Registered with Singapore Nursing Board and valid Practising Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Nursing Department work areas and address shortcomings to achieve best outcomes.
• Lead multi-disciplinary care team and ensure professional communications and cost-effective service.
• Promote high quality care, enforce infection control, medication management, and safety procedures; conduct audits.
• Manage training and professional development for care staff, and supervise performance with timely feedback.
