Thong Teck Home for Senior Citizens in Singapore seeks an experienced Nursing Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team in delivering safe, high-quality care for residents.

You will oversee compliance with MOH and Singapore Nursing Board standards, drive quality improvement, and ensure staffing sufficiency and skills mix across shifts. The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, staff development, and seamless resident transitions from hospital to home and back as needed.

Formación

• Must hold a valid Practising Certificate with the Singapore Nursing Board.
• At least 10 years of registered nurse experience, with 5 years in a nursing home, geriatric or palliative care setting.
• Advanced nursing qualifications as listed above.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, high-quality care.
• Manage complex social and care needs to ensure holistic resident support.
• Ensure compliance with MOH and Singapore Nursing Board standards.
• Plan and conduct quality assurance audits to improve care quality.
• Promote evidence-based nursing practices to enhance outcomes.
• Maintain and update policies and procedures to guide care delivery.
• Facilitate smooth transitions for residents between acute care, home, and community.
• Ensure appropriate skills mix and manpower across all shifts.
• Oversee staff induction, orientation, and ongoing education.
