Job summary

boss hire global pte. ltd. is seeking a Head/Deputy Head of Nursing for a Nursing home in Singapore. You will lead daily operations, ensure high-quality, safe and cost-effective care, and drive improvements across clinical services.

You will oversee nursing teams, manage incidents, budget, staffing and policy compliance while coordinating with external agencies and families to ensure resident satisfaction and seamless transitions of care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–8 years in a healthcare leadership role.
• Recognised nursing degree or diploma.
• Valid RN licence from SNB.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing home operations to reflect policies and objectives.
• Direct Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, and aides; manage staffing.
• Lead incident reporting, investigation and family communication.
• Develop emergency response strategies and budget plans.
• Ensure compliant nursing standards and continuous QA activities.
• Facilitate evidence-based nursing care and policy updates.
• Manage stakeholder relations with residents, families and MOH/AIC.
