Job summary

Ministry of Defence of Singapore is seeking an experienced leader to oversee the design, development and construction of a Naval Base, ensuring operational continuity and effective resource management throughout the transition period.

You will manage the relocation of RSN units to the Naval Base and coordinate across ministries to secure milestones, budgets and schedules while maintaining a high level of integrity and safety.

Responsibilities

• Identify and consolidate requirements for planning and development of the Naval Base.
• Oversee cost, schedule and delivery timelines of the Naval Base project.
• Manage the relocation of RSN units to the Naval Base.
• Report milestones, issues and options to address challenges.
• Coordinate with inter- and intra-ministry entities on PM requirements.
• Maintain daily workflow for the team across the Naval Base site.
