Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is recruiting a Construction Manager for main contractor works at a Changi East site. This is a project-contract role for an upcoming naval base/government project with a completion target end-2027.

Candidates should hold a Master’s or engineering degree and have at least 7 years of construction experience, preferably in marine projects. Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD and MS Office is required.

Qualifications

• Master's or engineering degree; 7+ years construction experience.
• Experience in marine construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for all construction activities.
• Manage contractors focusing on quality, code compliance, schedule and cost.
• Coordinate with engineering for construction activities.
• Develop and implement corporate construction policies.
• Oversee management of project activities to ensure timely delivery and low wastage.
• Lead a group of engineers.
• Coordinate with departments and authorities.
• Provide progress reporting and attend project meetings.
• Allocate capital and human resources to maximize productivity.
