Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years in project management with at least 5 years in a senior role.
• Experience in marine and civil engineering projects preferred.
• Strong communication and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to collaborate across diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate requirements to inform Naval Base planning.
• Endorse and implement feasibility studies and construction plans.
• Oversee development, costs, schedules and delivery timelines.
• Relocate RSN units to the Naval Base.
• Report milestones, issues and options to address challenges.
• Coordinate with inter- and intra-ministry entities on large-scale PM.
