Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with NAND processes and manufacturing transfer is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Identify and quantify key module deficiencies and technology gaps; lead cross-functional teams to address issues and improve processes.
• Develop CSPEC criteria for optimal product performance and drive process capability.
• Coordinate site activities to secure funding for experiments and communicate decisions to R&D, Product Engineering, and Manufacturing teams.
• Lead development projects for new integration schemes and establish proof of concept for future tech nodes.
• Participate in yield summits and program reviews to summarize actions and align teams across departments.
• Assist in transferring new technology from R&D to manufacturing and support ramp-up and training.
