Job summary

Micron Technology Inc. in Singapore seeks a Senior/Principal NAND Module Process Integration Engineer to design, develop, and implement innovative process solutions that improve 3D NAND yield and quality with cost and performance targets in mind.

You will lead cross-functional teams, define CSPECs, and coordinate activities across R&D, product engineering and manufacturing. Requirements include a BS/MS/PhD in related fields and 3+ years in semiconductor PI and yield, with scripting and BI tool

Qualifications

BS, MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Chemical Engineering, Material Science or related field.
3+ years in semiconductor Process Integration and Yield Enhancement.
Proficiency in scripting/programming/BI tools (Python, Tableau, Power BI) desirable.
Experience with NAND technology and end-to-end PI modules is desirable.

Responsibilities

Identify and quantify module deficiencies and tech gaps.
Lead cross-functional teams to address issues.
Improve process flows and develop solutions meeting product requirements and manufacturability.
Develop CSPEC criteria for optimal product performance and drive capability.
Coordinate site activities to secure funding for experiments and transfers.
