Responsibilities

• Investigate and negotiate settlement on motor claims.
• Respond to correspondence and provide efficient service to clients.
• Instruct support staff on reserve provisions and data entry.
• Review claim files, monitor recoveries and set reserves.
• Provide technical reference for queries and approve claims payment.
• Train and assist junior staff and assist on big claims.
• Undertake other duties as assigned.
