Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business, Finance or related discipline.
• General Insurance certification is advantageous.
• Experience in motor/general insurance claims is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process motor insurance claims within turnaround time and procedures.
• Ensure claims reserves are updated accurately and promptly.
• Identify potential fraudulent claims per procedures.
• Handle phone and email enquiries and walk-in customers.
• Liaise with stakeholders to facilitate claims resolution.
• Review processes to improve efficiency.
• Pursue recovery claims to resolution.
• Conduct periodic reviews of active claims files.
