Job summary

The Garcha Group is hiring for an experienced F&B/Outlets role in Singapore. The position focuses on delivering exceptional service across hotel outlets and ensuring smooth daily operations within Marriott-affiliated properties. You will lead service teams and drive guest satisfaction.

Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years in hospitality, hold a Professional Certificate/NITEC or equivalent, and be fluent in English. The role requires hands-on leadership and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Professional Certificate or equivalent qualification in hospitality or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in the hospitality industry.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Ensure exceptional customer service by delivering high standards of F&B service.
• Oversee daily outlet operations for efficiency, consistency and guest satisfaction.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues to achieve satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of menus and provide personalized recommendations.
• Monitor POS recording and accurate billing; ensure inventory and costs are controlled.
• Lead and coach F&B team; recruit, onboard and schedule staff as needed.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth outlet operations.
• Support marketing initiatives to drive revenue and guest engagement.
