Qualifications

• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in the hospitality industry.
• Professional Certificate/NITEC or equivalent qualification.
• Knowledge of cocktails and bar catalogue is beneficial.

• Ensuring Exceptional Customer Service.
• Provides excellent customer service.
• Responds quickly and proactively to guest's concerns.
• Understands the brand's service culture.
• Drives alignment of employees to the brand's service culture.
• Sets service expectations for all guests.
• Takes ownership of guest complaints until resolved.
• Verifies F&B functions are up to standard and exceed guest expectations.
• Mentors and trains staff around drinks.
• Host tastings and masterclasses.
• Flexibility to work at any Garcha Group hotels.
