Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd. is seeking a resilient and hands-on professional to support and operate enterprise market data platforms across cloud and on-premises environments.

You will ensure real-time and reference data delivery to trading and business apps while maintaining high availability and governance. The role involves coordinating with vendors, performing upgrades, and enhancing monitoring/automation to support enterprise data delivery and compliance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with market data platforms (RTDS, B-pipe) and feeds.
• Understanding real-time data distribution and entitlements (e.g. DACS, EMRS).
• Experience supporting mission-critical production systems with high availability.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix and scripting.
• Exposure to AWS or hybrid cloud environments is advantageous.
• Knowledge of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change).

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 operational support for enterprise market data platforms across AWS and on-premises infrastructure.
• Monitor platform health, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate recovery to meet availability targets.
• Act as liaison with vendors and exchanges for incidents, data queries, and changes.
• Plan and execute production activities including upgrades, migrations, and failover testing.
• Support onboarding of new applications and data services ensuring alignment with architecture.
• Collaborate with Market Data Admin and Commercial teams on entitlement reviews and audits.
• Maintain operational docs and improve monitoring/automation.
