Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd in Singapore seeks a Senior VP, Site Reliability Engineering to lead and oversee a 24/7 SRE function across critical platforms including OpenShift, Kubernetes, VMware, Windows, Linux, databases and mainframe.

You will drive resilience, automation, and operational excellence across hybrid cloud and on-premises environments, while aligning with risk and regulatory expectations and partnering with security teams to harden infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of IT infrastructure/SRE/production operations experience in large environments.
• Experience leading 24/7 infrastructure teams in banking/financial services.
• Strong expertise in hybrid cloud, data centers and enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead distributed 24/7 SRE team and command center functions.
• Define and execute SRE strategy aligned to business priorities.
• Drive SLA/SLO/SLI frameworks and governance for incidents and capacity.
• Oversee reliability of Cloud, OpenShift, Windows/Linux, databases and mainframe.
• Champion automation, observability, MTTR reduction and cost optimization.
