Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd is seeking a Technology professional to provide production support for GFM applications within a high-availability trading environment. You will engage with Front Office, Back Office, Finance, and FX teams during market hours for time-sensitive issues.

The role emphasizes incident management, automation, monitoring, and deployment of enhancements, with on-call rotations and after-hours duties. Strong collaboration and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting mission-critical financial applications.
• Proficient with IBM Spectrum Computing (Murex GRID).
• Experience with FX trading tools and eFXO.
• Hands-on with AWS services and OpenShift.
• Strong scripting, CI/CD, and monitoring skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-availability trading environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for GFM applications to ensure stable production operations.
• Analyse, own, and resolve production incidents impacting trading or downstream processes.
• Monitor system performance and implement optimizations for reliability and scalability.
• Automate support activities to reduce manual effort.
• Participate in on-call rotations and after-hours/weekend support.
• Collaborate with development teams to test and deploy enhancements.
• Develop monitoring tools and alerts for proactive issue detection.
• Maintain strong collaboration across GFMT teams to ensure high-quality service.
