Job summary

Direct Search Global is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive new business development across the Southeast Asia maritime sector. The role focuses on securing complex B2B deals with shipping companies, cruise lines, port authorities and technology partners.

You will manage the full sales cycle, engage senior decision-makers and collaborate with solution architects to translate maritime technology into measurable business outcomes. Regional travel of ~30% is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in closing complex B2B deals within maritime sectors.
• Proven track record in new business development and revenue generation.
• Experience applying consultative selling methodologies to influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across maritime clients and partners.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with defined commercial objectives.
• Lead end-to-end sales engagements from prospecting to contract closure.
• Engage stakeholders across shipping lines, ports, and technology vendors to influence decisions.
• Drive ACV growth while ensuring deal quality and delivery feasibility.
