Job summary

Prudential seeks a Manager, Property & Workplace Services to lead its corporate property and Agency portfolio. You will govern workplace services, contracts and providers to deliver safe, compliant and value-driven outcomes.

You will oversee leasing, occupancy planning, budgets and transformation, engaging senior stakeholders to ensure performance against KPIs and SLAs while driving efficiencies across facilities operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience across corporate real estate, property or facilities management.
• Proven experience in leasing, tenancy management and landlord engagement.
• Strong governance, budgeting and vendor-management capability.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight of Prudential's property portfolio and occupancy.
• Lead client-side governance of workplace services, vendors and contracts.
• Own budgets, forecasts and cost-savings initiatives for Workplace Services.
• Drive risk, compliance and resilience across facilities operations.
• Lead workplace transformation, relocations and fit-outs with executive oversight.
