Job summary

Singapore Land Authority is seeking a Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial properties, covering leasing and facilities management, to ensure smooth operation, maintenance and space utilisation.

You will manage tenant relationships, lease administration, facilities contractors, and day-to-day property operations while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a high-quality tenant experience in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing, property management or facilities management.
• Customer-focused with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial properties, covering leasing and facilities management.
• Administer tenancy matters including renewals, variations and onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants through proactive engagement.
• Coordinate facilities management contractors to ensure proper operation and upkeep.
• Oversee day-to-day property operations and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve service delivery.
• Understand tenants' business and space requirements to propose management solutions.
• Balance commercial, operational and stakeholder considerations to optimise the portfolio.
