Job summary

Visa is seeking a Senior Manager, Ecosystem Development for Visa Direct in Singapore to lead regional ecosystem enablement, optimize issuer performance, and drive cross-border use cases. Qualifications

10+ years in payments product management or related environments.
Deep payments industry knowledge and money movement expertise.
Understanding of issuer processing and card-based flows.
Experience in issuer optimization and ecosystem enablement.
Ability to translate complex topics for executives and stakeholders.
Experience leading cross-functional teams in a global organization.

Responsibilities

Execute regional Visa Direct ecosystem strategy with issuers, acquirers, enablers, processors and partners.
Lead issuer optimization to improve authorization performance, acceptance quality and data integrity.
Enable market expansion and cross-border corridor activation and readiness for priority use cases.
Manage issuer and partner readiness across onboarding, activation, performance monitoring and issue resolution.
Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards and KPIs to track issuer performance and ecosystem health.
Collaborate with Product, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Client Services, Licensing and regional market teams.
