Qualifications

• 10+ years of payments experience within banks, cards, fintechs, or related industries.
• Proven ability to own strategic client relationships and deliver commercial outcomes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with data-driven insights.
• Experience engaging with C-suite and senior executives, influencing decisions.
• Highly collaborative with geographically distributed teams.
• Ability to draft proposals, lead pitches, and collaborate with partners.
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and own strategic client relationships end-to-end, from opportunity identification to project delivery.
• Advise clients on industry trends, competitive dynamics, customer behavior, payments innovation and digital transformation.
• Lead advisory engagements from problem definition through analysis, recommendations, and implementation planning.
• Develop advisory opportunities using Visa's data, assets, and expertise to create client value.
• Collaborate with Client Account Executives and cross-functional teams to drive joint account plans.
• Identify opportunities to integrate advisory, analytics, and Visa capabilities into client solutions.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams with guidance and quality assurance.
• Drive thought leadership on payments topics including customer acquisition, portfolio growth, and digital banking.
