Job summary

AIA Investment Management is seeking a Senior Manager, Operational Risk to oversee the operational risk management function, provide independent risk oversight, and support regulatory compliance across the organisation.

You will partner with stakeholders to strengthen the risk framework, coordinate reporting to senior management and the Board, and lead risk governance activities across multiple risk domains.

Qualifications

• Degree in Risk Management, Business Admin or related discipline.
• CFA or equivalent qualifications advantageous.
• Experience in internal audit/compliance is a plus.
• Min 10 years in asset management risk/control functions.

Responsibilities

• Drive development and maintenance of the operational risk management framework (RCSA, risk indicators, risk event management).
• Partner with business to identify, assess, monitor and mitigate operational risks.
• Coordinate risk reporting for Senior Management, the Board and committees.
• Provide independent second-line risk oversight across domains including outsourcing, cyber, and technology risks.
