Job summary

AIA Singapore is seeking a seasoned Risk & Compliance professional to support the Head of Risk and Compliance in overseeing distribution compliance and entity-level risk management. You will assist in operational risk management, risk committee reporting, incident analysis, and outsourcing governance, partnering with business functions and external stakeholders to strengthen controls.

Qualifications

Degree holder in a relevant discipline (e.g., Accounting, Economics, Risk Management, or Business).
5–8 years of Risk Management and Market Conduct Compliance experience.
Strong understanding of insurance and financial services regulations.
Independent, analytical, and meticulous with strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Risk Management: work with functions to assess risks across processes, projects, and initiatives.
Develop, maintain, and test business continuity plans for disruptions.
Prepare materials for quarterly risk committee, board risk committee and board meetings with accurate reporting.
Oversee outsourcing and third-party arrangements to ensure regulatory compliance.
Foster a strong risk culture with accountability and adherence to standards.
