Qualifications

• Degree holder with 7+ years of compliance experience in asset management or financial services.
• Experience with MAS regulations and fund vehicles is essential.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide compliance advisory across business activities, products and fund structures.
• Track regulatory developments and advise on impact to fund vehicles and marketing materials.
• Maintain regulatory registers and ensure governance under IGF framework.
• Review new product approvals, post-launch compliance, and monitoring programs.
• Coordinate with Compliance & Risk teams for sanctions, DPIA, and vendor onboarding.
• Oversee personal trading controls and sanctions screening for staff and investments.
