Job summary

AIA is seeking an experienced risk professional to strengthen operational risk management, governance and control frameworks across our Tied Distribution Operations. You will partner with business stakeholders to identify risks, support regulatory compliance, coordinate audits and drive process improvements.

Role requires collaboration with Compliance, Risk Management, Internal Audit and business units to ensure effective governance and control oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in operational risk, audit, compliance, internal controls, governance or related functions within financial services.
• Strong understanding of risk management principles and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business teams to assess operational risks, evaluate controls and suggest improvements.
• Coordinate audits, regulatory reviews and remediation tracking to closure.
• Develop, review and enhance operational procedures, controls documentation and governance standards.
