A reputable project management firm in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager to oversee major Facilities & Engineering projects. The successful candidate will lead project planning, coordination, and stakeholder management while ensuring adherence to budget and quality standards. Ideal applicants should possess a degree in Engineering and have 8-12 years of relevant experience in facilities or project management, preferably in healthcare. Competitive salary up to $9,000, plus benefits.
Project Planning & Management
Develop and execute strategic project plans, secure funding and approvals, and oversee all major Facilities & Engineering (FE) projects.
Project Implementation & Coordination
Plan and conduct feasibility studies, cost analysis and budgeting. Prepare project schedules, coordinate RFQ/RFP processes, obtain regulatory approvals and monitor project execution to ensure delivery within scope, budget, timeline and quality standards.
Stakeholder & Risk Management
Engage and manage internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, consultants, contractors, FE teams and hospital divisions affected by projects and programmes.
Identify and manage operational, safety and project risks, ensuring minimal disruption to hospital operations and keeping stakeholders informed of safety‑related developments.
Financial & Administrative Management
Plan, manage and monitor capital and operating budgets, including cash flow planning and cost tracking.
Oversee planning, coordination and control of projects from concept and design through tender, construction and completion, working closely with user departments, consultants and contractors.
Monitoring & Policy Development
Monitor, evaluate and report on project progress, performance and outcomes on a regular servic; formulate, implement and review policies and procedures to ensure efficient, compliant and consistent departmental operations.
General Duties
Support in change initiatives and quality improvement projects. Support staff training and development and foster a collaborative, high‑performance culture.
Oversee cost control measures and manage the department’s day‑to‑day administrative functions.
Degree in Engineering, Building, Facilities Management, Project Management or a related disciplicine
Min 8–12 years of relevant experience in infrastructure, facilities, construction or project management, preferably within healthcare, public sector or large institutional environments.
