Job summary

Public Service Division in Singapore seeks a capable policy professional for IMD, part of the EDB portfolio, focused on human capital and workforce development. You will work on developing and reviewing training grants, work pass schemes, and industry-wide talent initiatives.

You will partner with industry divisions, engage government agencies and tertiary institutions, analyze workforce data, and support policy development across projects.

Qualifications

• A degree in any discipline with at least four years of relevant work experience.
• Familiarity with consulting, public policy, capability development, or HR is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review human capital products, such as training grants and foreign work pass schemes.
• Partner with industry divisions to co-develop solutions addressing talent and capability development needs.
• Engage with government agencies and tertiary institutions on human capital policies and initiatives.
• Analyse workforce data and industry trends to support policy development.
• Work across multiple project teams within IMD to gain exposure to different industries.
