Public Service Division in Singapore seeks a capable policy professional for IMD, part of the EDB portfolio, focused on human capital and workforce development. You will work on developing and reviewing training grants, work pass schemes, and industry-wide talent initiatives.
You will partner with industry divisions, engage government agencies and tertiary institutions, analyze workforce data, and support policy development across projects.
