Job summary

Public Service Division in Singapore seeks a policy-focused professional to support talent management scholarships and governance across the Public Service. You will help develop policy frameworks, analyze workforce trends and coordinate cross-agency initiatives to attract and nurture top talent for Singapore's public sector.

You will work on policy papers, data analyses and communications, partnering with agencies and tertiary institutions to ensure effective implementation and ongoing program

Qualifications

• Understanding talent management and scholarship issues.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into practical policies and implementation plans.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and review scholarship and talent management policies and frameworks.
• Benchmark education and talent trends to propose practical options.
• Support PSC scholarship pipelines and governance matters across agencies.
• Prepare policy papers, management reports and briefings for PSC and partners.
• Translate policy changes into processes and communications for consistent rollout across agencies.
• Engage with Public Service agencies to share best practices in scholarship policy.
