Job summary

The Edge Partnership Holdings PTE. LTD. is seeking an HRIS Manager to oversee our HRIS platform, drive system enhancements, and lead multi-entity implementations across the organization in Singapore.

You will partner with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements, manage projects, and drive automation, while overseeing day-to-day HRIS operations, training, and adoption. This role demands strong vendor and project management skills and a focus on data integrity and security.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of HRIS experience with team management.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementations or ongoing support.
• Good understanding of HR policies, processes and systems.
• Strong stakeholder, vendor and project management skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Job description

Our client is a prominent Singapore-based organization and is looking to hire an HRIS Manager to oversee its HRIS platform, drive system enhancements, project implementation and process improvements across multiple entities.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

• Oversee the HRIS roadmap, including system enhancements, upgrades, change requests and implementation of new initiatives.
• Manage HRIS vendors, contracts, procurement, budgets and service level performance.
• Partner with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements, manage project delivery and drive process improvements and automation.
• Oversee day-to-day HRIS operations, user support, system training and adoption.
• Ensure data integrity, system security, user access controls and compliance with regulatory requirements.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

• At least 7 years of experience in HR systems or HRIS implementation, with team management experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, including system implementation, enhancements or ongoing support.
• Good understanding of HR policies, processes and systems.
• Strong stakeholder, vendor and project management skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
