Job summary

Resorts World Sentosa in Singapore is seeking a senior HR professional to lead talent acquisition in a high-volume, fast-paced hospitality environment. This permanent, full-time role is based on-site to closely partner with business units and hiring managers.

You will design and implement TA strategies, oversee onboarding, transfers and performance processes, and coach managers to build a strong, engaged workforce while ensuring compliance with labour laws and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field with 8–10 years in hiring and business partnering.
• Experience managing high-volume hires in hospitality/retail/service sectors.
• Strong people leadership, judgment and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

This is a permanent full-time position 100% based on-site at Resorts World Sentosa.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to acquire the best talents to meet business needs.
• Implement talent acquisition strategies, processes and programs to drive effective recruitment.
• Provide HR advisory services to Business Units (BUs) to meet business goals.
• Manage full spectrum of HR operational matters, including onboarding, transfers, appointments, re-employment, contract renewals, disciplinary matters, performance management, and offboarding.
• Manage and provide guidance and coaching to managers and team members.
• Manage team member engagement and relations.
• Implement HR solutions and ensure compliance with labour laws and HR policies.
• Participate in progressive HR or cross-functional improvement projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR or business-related discipline with min 8-10 years of experience in hiring and business partnering cum talent acquisition preferably managing voluminous hires in the hospitality/retail/service industries.
• A people leader, confident and articulate, with good people management and judgement abilities.
• Able to think on the feet and provide appropriate HR advice and solutions.
• High energy and drive to manage high volume and dynamic ground issues.
• Meticulous, organised and analytical.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suites (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
