Job summary

Resort World Sentosa is seeking a Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partner to partner with hiring managers, implement recruitment strategies, and provide HR advisory services to business units in Singapore. The role covers onboarding, transfers, appointments, contract renewals, disciplinaries, performance management, and offboarding, with a focus on high-volume, fast-paced operations.

The ideal candidate brings 2–4 years of HR hiring experience, strong people skills, and proficiency in MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in HR or business-related discipline with 2–4 years of experience in hiring.
• Confident, articulate, with good people management and judgement abilities.
• Able to provide appropriate HR advice and solutions on the fly.
• High energy and drive to manage high volume and dynamic ground issues.
• Meticulous, organised and analytical.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suites (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experienced in SuccessFactors would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to acquire the best talents to meet business needs.
• Implement talent acquisition strategies, processes and programs to drive effective recruitment.
• Provide HR advisory services to Business Units (BUs) to meet business goals.
• Manage full spectrum of HR operational matters, including onboarding, transfers, appointments, re-employment, contract renewals, disciplinary matters, performance management, and offboarding.
• Manage and provide guidance and coaching to managers team members.
• Manage team member engagement and relations.
• Implement HR solutions and ensure compliance with labour laws and HR policies.
• Participate in progressive HR or cross-functional improvement projects.
