Job summary

Singtel is seeking a Senior Manager, Group Sustainability (Social Impact) to shape and drive the group’s social impact agenda across its regional network. You will lead AI-enabled initiatives, develop strategic partnerships with government bodies and community organisations, and govern programmes from design to measurable outcomes.

You will collaborate with multiple teams to amplify impact, manage budgets, and contribute to the Group Sustainability Report and disclosures.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of relevant experience in sustainability, social impact, partnerships or programme management.
• Experience leading multi-stakeholder initiatives with strong governance.
• Knowledge of ESG frameworks (GRI/ISSB) and AI or technology programmes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Singtel Group AI Future Makers and manage cross-OpCo initiatives.
• Build partnerships with government, social service agencies and communities.
• Define outcomes, KPIs and budgets, and report impact to senior management.
• Drive employee volunteering frameworks and cross-functional ESG initiatives.
• Support sustainability reporting and stakeholder engagement.
