Job summary

OCBC Group in Singapore seeks a senior sustainability leader to shape and deliver the bank's sustainability agenda. Working with the Group Chief Sustainability Officer, you will translate ambition into priorities, initiatives and measurable outcomes.

You will partner across markets to drive governance, disclosures, and strategic responses to regulatory developments, while building stakeholder engagement and thought leadership in sustainable finance.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree from an accredited university or equivalent.
• 15+ years of relevant experience in banking or financial services.
• Knowledge of sustainability frameworks and regulatory developments.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Group’s sustainability strategy, priorities and commitments into actionable plans.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives across business units, subsidiaries and support functions.
• Promote and implement sustainability policies, frameworks and reporting.
• Monitor regulatory, market and industry developments and translate into opportunities and risks for the Board.
• Represent OCBC at industry forums and contribute to thought leadership in sustainable finance.
• Oversee positioning and messaging on key sustainability topics across markets.
