Job summary

Singtel Networks is transforming to enable the digital generation of tomorrow. We seek a senior programme leader to oversee large-scale networks initiatives, align CTO priorities, and drive end-to-end delivery across multiple teams and vendors.

You will work with senior leaders to translate strategy into a consolidated transformation roadmap and ensure timely, accountable delivery with strong governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• 12 to 15+ years of progressive leadership with exposure to Networks.
• Proven track record managing large, cross-functional networks programmes.
• Experience with CTO or technology function and senior leadership interaction.
• Experience driving cross-functional initiatives and cost optimisation.
• Experience collaborating with CTO organisations, engineering, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end oversight of a large-scale, complex technical programme with interdependencies.
• Ensure milestones, deliverables, and timelines are tracked and achieved.
• Identify risks and dependencies early; drive mitigation strategies.
• Maintain governance and execution discipline across all workstreams.
• Coordinate with VPs in the CTO office; align priorities and execution.
• Engage senior stakeholders and act as central coordination for cross-functional decisions.
• Programme manage vendors to ensure on-time delivery and impact.
