Job summary

Singtel is seeking a Director, Corporate Systems to lead the strategy, governance and delivery of enterprise platforms across the group. You will shape multi‑year roadmaps, drive transformation programmes and align technology with business outcomes.

Reporting to the Head of Corporate Systems, you will build a high‑performing regional team, balance risk and cost, and partner with People and Culture, Sustainability and Group leadership to realise measurable value.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of technology experience, including 3–5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven end-to-end ownership of enterprise corporate platforms and services.
• Track record of leading regional transformation programmes and enterprise SaaS/cloud implementations.
• Experience managing executive stakeholders, cross-functional teams, budgets, vendors and outsourced delivery partners.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute multi-year platform and technology strategies aligned with business priorities, enterprise architecture, cyber security, data and cloud principles.
• Sponsor major transformation programmes and ensure disciplined delivery, adoption, operational readiness, benefits realisation and sustainable support.
• Establish clear governance and decision rights for demand, investment, architecture, change, service performance, risk, privacy, resilience and vendor management.
• Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing regional team and partner ecosystem, supported by a strategic workforce and capability plan.
• Advise and influence senior stakeholders, resolve competing priorities and make balanced decisions across business value, employee experience, cost, risk and delivery speed.
