Job summary

Singtel in Singapore is seeking a Director, Corporate Systems to lead strategy, architecture and lifecycle of enterprise platforms across Singtel, Optus and NCS. You will partner with People and Culture, Sustainability and executive teams to drive multi-year roadmaps and transformational delivery.

You will build a high-performing regional team, manage demand, investment and benefits realisation, and ensure security, resilience and cost-effectiveness across the shared core platforms.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or Business or equivalent professional experience.
• 12+ years of technology experience with 3-5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven end-to-end ownership of enterprise platforms and services in a large organisation.
• Experience managing executive stakeholders, budgets, vendors and outsourced delivery partners.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute multi-year platform and technology strategies aligned with business priorities and data principles.
• Sponsor major transformation programmes with disciplined delivery and benefits realisation.
• Establish governance for demand, investment, and delivery across platforms.
• Lead a high-performing regional team and partner ecosystem with a strategic workforce plan.
• Advise senior stakeholders and balance value, cost, risk and delivery speed.
