The Ministry of Manpower (MOM) is seeking a senior manager/manager in the Ops Tech branch to lead digitalization initiatives across ACE products such as the Recreation Centre Management System, Ops Management System, and inFORM platforms.

You will define product vision, lead backlog grooming, and coordinate with users inside ACE, MOM, and external agencies to deliver solutions that enhance migrant worker welfare and regulatory compliance while ensuring operational readiness.

Formación

• Tech-related degree preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Define product vision and lead backlog for ACE digital products.
• Act as liaison between users, MOM, and implementation teams.

• Oversee interfaces with MOM systems and manage product resourcing and budget.
