Job summary

Vistra in Singapore seeks a Senior Manager, Relationship Management to lead the Global Incorporations team. You will oversee offshore company incorporation and setup while maintaining critical legal documents and ensuring client compliance.

You will build strong client relationships, drive upsell opportunities, and coordinate with compliance and service teams to meet regulatory standards in a hybrid working environment. This role emphasizes accuracy and proactive client support.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of experience in the Corporate Secretarial field.
• Experience in corporate services and knowledge of offshore jurisdictions preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and client-facing experience.
• Ability to perform basic cold calling and upselling.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the incorporation and setup of offshore companies (BVI, Cayman, Seychelles, Samoa).
• Prepare and maintain key documents like the Register of Directors, Share Certificates, and other legal paperwork.
• Ensure client information is accurate and complies with regulatory standards.
• Assist clients with annual filings and other administrative tasks.
• Conduct cold calls and upsell additional services to clients as appropriate.
• Direct clients to the right team or department based on their needs.
• Work with the compliance team to review client documents and ensure compliance with regulations.
