Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 10–15 years in programme management, administration, or business development.
• Experience in executive education, CET, or professional learning environments is advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience in financial planning and budget management.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and partnership development.
• Proven track record leading programmes with budgets, deliverables, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, delivery, and growth of IDEL CET and executive programmes with CDE and other faculties.
• Own day-to-day operations and administrative processes, ensuring efficiency and high service quality.
• Oversee end-to-end CET delivery including faculty coordination, participant admin, and QA.
• Manage financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation for sustainability and growth.
• Drive business development and partnerships with industry, government, and NUS faculties.
• Lead recruitment and enrolment for CET/executive short courses; drive marketing and branding.
• Strengthen IDEL’s position as a leading executive education provider in Singapore and Asia.
