Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; Master's degree is advantageous.
Minimum 8 years' experience in CET, programme development, or partnership management or project management within higher education or training sectors.
Proven track record in strategic account development, stakeholder engagement, partnership management, consultative solutioning and negotiation.
Able to understand basic legal terminologies for NDAs, Collaboration Agreements, MOUs, etc.

Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth and pipeline management for CET programmes with clear visibility of revenue, pipeline and growth opportunities.
Negotiate and manage contracts, MOUs, partnership agreements, and commercial terms to ensure viability and compliance.
Support strategic projects with financial alignment, including account prioritisation, course viability assessments, and proposal development.
Mount strategic partnerships and programmes, including custom programmes and corporate academy initiatives.
Lead programme and workforce transformation opportunity development in collaboration with stakeholders.
Drive stakeholder engagement across academic, industry, employers, and government agencies.
