Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; Master's degree is advantageous.
• Minimum 8 years' experience in CET, programme development, or partnership management or project management within higher education or training sectors.
• Proven track record in strategic account development, stakeholder engagement, partnership management, consultative solutioning and negotiation.
• Able to understand basic legal terminologies for NDAs, Collaboration Agreements, MOUs, etc.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and pipeline management for CET programmes with clear visibility of revenue, pipeline and growth opportunities.
• Negotiate and manage contracts, MOUs, partnership agreements, and commercial terms to ensure viability and compliance.
• Support strategic projects with financial alignment, including account prioritisation, course viability assessments, and proposal development.
• Mount strategic partnerships and programmes, including custom programmes and corporate academy initiatives.
• Lead programme and workforce transformation opportunity development in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Drive stakeholder engagement across academic, industry, employers, and government agencies.
