Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Human Resource, or related field. Master’s preferred.
• 8+ years in CET, programme development, business development, workforce development or related fields.
• Proven track record in strategic account development and negotiation.
• Familiarity with NDAs, Collaboration Agreements, MOUs and related docs.
• Strong understanding of Singapore’s CET and SkillsFuture landscape.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder influence skills.
• CRM data reporting and use of digital productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive CET revenue growth and pipeline management for CET programmes.
• Negotiate contracts, MOUs, partnership agreements and commercial terms.
• Support strategic projects with financial alignment and resource planning.
• Mount strategic, sustainable partnerships and corporate academy initiatives.
• Lead programme development and workforce transformation opportunities.
• Engage academic faculty, industry partners, employers, and government agencies.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and nurture leads for conversions.
• Ensure timely contracting, implementation and cross-functional coordination.
• Review course quality and employer feedback for continuous improvements.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and data-driven pipeline updates.
