Job summary

Ministry Of Social And Family Development in Singapore seeks a senior practitioner to enhance competency development and supervision standards across the social service sector. You will work with internal teams, partners and professional bodies to promote evidence-based practices and advanced learning networks.

Qualifications

• Requires a good Honours degree, preferably in Social Work.
• Experience or exposure to programme design, implementation, and evaluation.
• Ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders and support multi-agency initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead development and implementation of competency, supervision, and coaching frameworks for MSF and the sector.
• Co-lead consultancy processes for a network of resource persons to strengthen competency capabilities across the sector.
• Conduct literature reviews and environmental scans to identify best practices in supervision grounded in evidence and standards.
• Support development of materials on knowledge and skills for clinical and social work practice and supervision.
• Drive technology-enabled solutions to enhance post-training competency development and knowledge management.
