Job summary

SPD Singapore seeks an experienced Social Worker Supervisor to lead case management for individuals with disabilities, coordinating services and resources to support independent living and community participation.

The role emphasizes psycho-emotional support, partnerships with community agencies, and active participation in a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality outcomes for clients and families.

Qualifications

• Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Registered Social Worker (RSW) credential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Preferably 7 years of social work experience with some disability sector exposure.
• Minimum 3 years of supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide and lead case work management across client/family needs and risk levels.
• Coordinate referrals and access to community resources.
• Deliver psycho-emotional support to clients and caregivers.
• Develop partnerships with agencies to enhance intervention options.
• Participate in multi-disciplinary SPD teams and case discussions.
• Document sessions accurately and maintain case files to standards.
