Job summary

CapitaLand Investment Limited is seeking an Operations/Facilities professional to support the mall’s daily operations, oversee maintenance programs, budgeting, and contract management. You will coordinate with procurement, manage equipment upgrades, and supervise contractors to ensure safety and service standards.

The role requires an engineering or real estate related degree, strong initiative, leadership, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree/ Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or Real Estate / Facilities / Building / Estate Management required.
• Exhibit strong initiative, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Willing to work beyond standard operating hours when required.
• Willing to learn and open to possible lateral movements between asset classes based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Support the Operations Manager in managing maintenance and operations of the mall.
• Coordinate operation programs and execute maintenance works to ensure optimal mall performance.
• Prepare annual budget, manage and administer all maintenance contracts and supervise expenses.
• Liaise with Contract & Procurement team; manage procurement of equipment and oversee enhancements and promotions.
• Lead technicians and manage vendor services; participate in EHS activities and safety checks.
