Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in maintenance coordination or service administration.
• GCE O Level or equivalent with good MS Office skills.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance schedules and appointments with customers and maintenance staff.
• Arrange and monitor repair and maintenance works at clients’ premises.
• Prepare quotations, work orders, and billing for maintenance services.
• Follow up on job progress, outstanding works, and payments.
• Handle customer enquiries and coordinate with suppliers when required.
• Maintain service records and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
