Job summary

NC CONTRACTOR PTE. LTD. in Singapore invites a Project Coordinator to join our Tuas South office, reporting to the Project Manager and Director, to oversee day‑to‑day coordination, documentation and progress control of PSA term contract for building maintenance.

You will be the central link between site teams, PSA representatives, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers—managing work orders from instruction through to completion with a focus on safety, timeliness and thorough reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in civil/structural/building management; 5+ years in building construction or maintenance roles.
• Experience with term contracts, schedules and work-order based maintenance.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and scheduling software; able to build/update programmes independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate PSA term contract work orders from instruction to completion, including valuations and close-out.
• Plan and manage multi-trade building maintenance works across multiple sites.
• Prepare monthly progress claims, site records and documentation for client submission.
• Maintain project registers and assist in tender proposals and technical submissions.
• Liaise with PSA, consultants, subcontractors and authorities to ensure timely approvals and site access.
• Support safety, quality and compliance with PSA requirements and internal standards.
