Job summary

TALENTVIS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Maintenance Coordinator to plan and coordinate maintenance activities, monitor service delivery, and support contractor supervision across sites in Singapore.

You will conduct routine site inspections, keep accurate maintenance records and asset databases, and assist with emergency response and service recovery efforts while coordinating with internal stakeholders and external contractors.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Higher NITEC in Engineering, Built Environment or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Facilities Management, Building Maintenance or Engineering Services is advantageous.
• Good coordination, communication and documentation skills.
• Able to work independently and coordinate with contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Applicants who do not possess above experience may be considered for other opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating maintenance activities.
• Monitor daily service delivery and ensure works are carried out as scheduled.
• Conduct routine site inspections and maintenance checks.
• Support supervision and coordination of contractors.
• Maintain and update maintenance records and asset databases.
• Support emergency response, activation and service recovery activities.
• Assist with preparation of reports, documentation and maintenance records.
