Job summary

MTC Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Service Coordinator to manage customer inquiries, quotations, and job orders while coordinating with engineers and subcontractors to ensure timely service delivery.

The role involves maintaining records, providing progress updates to the service management team, and identifying improvement opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers' inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and fax, ensuring timely actions are taken.
• Prepare quotations/charges for customers and process Job Orders (JOP).
• Schedule and prioritize service requests from customers.
• Coordinate with field service engineers, sub-contractors, customers, and authorities to complete services within agreed timelines.
• Maintain service history and follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction.
• Keep accurate service records and upload reports and feedback to the system.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the Service Manager or Lead Coordinator.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements to enhance service quality.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and equipment upgrades based on customer needs.
• Support audits and provide documentation as required.
• Prepare service requests and shipping forms for vendors/sub-contractors.
• Coordinate reservations and bookings of air tickets.
• Prepare materials for subcontractors or technicians and raise purchase requisitions for parts.
• Ensure all schedule records and documents are well organized.
• Coordinate project and service schedules for all personnel.
• Handle warranty claims for Furuno and non-Furuno equipment.
